ph798 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the ph798 website located at ph798.cam and all associated mobile web interfaces, software, APIs, and services operated by ph798.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the ph798 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds held in a Player's ph798 Account, including deposited funds and credited bonus amounts separately tracked.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, match bonuses, free spins, cashback, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account by ph798 under a promotional program.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited directly by a Player into their Account via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or other accepted payment methods.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals and full account privileges are granted.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the Philippine government body responsible for regulating gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction from which accessing online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.
• "Malicious Activity" means fraud, collusion, use of automated bots, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other conduct designed to exploit or manipulate the Platform.

To be eligible to use the ph798 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing ph798 from the Philippines or another jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited;
• You are accessing the Platform for your own personal entertainment, not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of ph798 or any affiliated company;
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from ph798 or any affiliated gaming platform;
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law;
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order requested by yourself or imposed by ph798.

ph798 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any stage of registration or account operation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by ph798 will result in the suspension or permanent closure of the Account.

Any person who provides false information regarding their age, identity, or location in order to access ph798 forfeits any winnings accrued during that period and may be subject to civil or criminal proceedings under applicable Philippine law.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on ph798. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, names, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ph798 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

You must notify ph798 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. ph798 reserves the right to suspend an Account pending investigation where suspicious activity is detected, without prior notice to the Account holder.

ph798 is required under its regulatory framework to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing withdrawals and granting full Account access. This process is known as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.

You may be required to provide any or all of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, PRC ID, Voter's ID, or Postal ID);
• Proof of residential address in the Philippines dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account in your registered name, or bank statement);
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document;
• Additional documentation as may be reasonably required by ph798's compliance team.

ph798 reserves the right to withhold processing of any withdrawal until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Documents must be submitted in clear, unaltered digital format. Any document that appears to have been edited, obscured, or falsified will result in the immediate permanent suspension of the Account and forfeiture of all funds, and may be reported to Philippine law enforcement authorities.

ph798 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online, BDO Online, and Metrobank Online. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made using a payment method belonging to a third party will be reversed to the originating account, and the associated ph798 Account may be suspended pending investigation.

ph798 does not accept cash deposits or cryptocurrency deposits. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100. Maximum deposit limits are displayed within your Account settings and may vary based on your verification status, Account tier, and applicable PAGCOR guidelines.

ph798 does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or GCash) may impose their own transaction fees, for which ph798 accepts no responsibility.

ph798 reserves the right to decline any deposit at its sole discretion where it suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. ph798 complies with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations and will report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where required.

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification and compliance with these Terms. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible.

The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes for fully verified accounts. Withdrawals to bank accounts (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within one (1) business day. ph798 targets a 24-hour processing window for all withdrawal requests but does not guarantee specific processing times.

ph798 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Players may submit one (1) withdrawal request per 24-hour period unless a higher-tier Account arrangement applies.

Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement being fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before Wagering Requirements are met will result in the cancellation of outstanding Bonus Funds and processing of only the Real Money Balance component.

ph798 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting additional KYC documents, source-of-funds declarations, or other information. Processing of the withdrawal will be placed on hold during such review. If ph798 determines that a Player has engaged in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or any prohibited conduct, ph798 may void the withdrawal request and suspend the Account.

ph798 may offer various bonuses and promotional programs to Players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, referral bonuses, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published on the ph798 platform at the time the promotion is active.

General bonus terms that apply to all ph798 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to Players aged 21 years and over who have a verified ph798 Account;
• Each eligible Player may claim each promotion a maximum of once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise;
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each bonus. Bonuses not wagered within the stipulated period will expire and be removed from the Account;

In the event of a discrepancy between the game interface and these Terms, the specific game rules shall take precedence with respect to the mechanics of that game.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph798 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and potential legal action:

• Creating more than one (1) Account, or creating an Account using another person's identity or payment method;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technological aids to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other Players to influence game outcomes;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose;
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability for financial gain — any winnings derived from a known bug must be reported to ph798 support immediately;
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or e-wallet provider in bad faith while retaining winnings generated from the disputed funds;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tool;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ph798 staff or other Players through any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any ph798 software.

ph798 employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates with payment processors, regulatory authorities, and law enforcement agencies in the investigation and prosecution of prohibited conduct. All suspicious activity is logged and retained in accordance with ph798's data retention policies and AMLC reporting obligations.

All content on the ph798 Platform — including the brand name ph798, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, audio, video, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of ph798 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph798 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, or create derivative works from any ph798 content without prior written consent from ph798.

Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of ph798 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

ph798 processes personal data for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of customer support. ph798 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

ph798 complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and any amendments or implementing rules thereto. Players have rights to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data as set out in the Privacy Policy.

By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that gambling involves real financial risk, that the house retains a mathematical edge in all games, and that gambling cannot be relied upon as a source of income. ph798 provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from your Account settings:

Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond ph798's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform. ph798 will use reasonable endeavors to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.

The ph798 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph798 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will meet your requirements or that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure against all forms of unauthorized access.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph798's liability for death or personal injury caused by ph798's negligence, or for any matter where it would be unlawful for ph798 to limit or exclude liability under applicable Philippine law.

ph798 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or money laundering;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe;
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request;
• The Player's request (Account closure or self-exclusion);
• ph798's decision to cease operations in a particular jurisdiction.

Upon Account closure for reasons other than breach or fraud, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after applicable verification checks. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure unless ph798 expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity, ph798 may withhold the Account Balance pending investigation and reserves the right to remit such funds to relevant Philippine authorities where legally required.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the ph798 Platform, or any transaction conducted thereon shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players agree to first submit their dispute to ph798's internal dispute resolution process by contacting ph798 customer support at [email protected] with a detailed written description of the complaint. ph798 undertakes to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

If ph798's internal resolution process does not produce a satisfactory outcome, Players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's player protection unit or seek independent legal advice.

ph798 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to Players via email notification to the registered Account email address and/or via a prominent notice on the ph798 Platform at least 7 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the ph798 Platform following the notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the amendments take effect.
